This app is broken

I have tried desperately, for hours, just to download a single issue. The download progress moves VERY slowly and eventually the iPad will go to sleep, and the whole download process will abort. Then I have to start all over again, and again it takes forever and eventually it fails.

I spent more than 2 hours trying to get an issue, and the whole while I wasnt able to use my iPad for anything else, and I *STILL* havent been able to download anything.

Seriously, did you even test this thing before submitting it?

What a huge waste of time. I expected much more from Elsevier.
