The first reputable medical journal to venture into the iPad world

Beautiful layout that is identical to the print edition. Multimedia content harnesses the power of the iPad; a marriage of the portability of the print edition and the utility of website access. Im definitely recommending this app to all of my colleagues. I just wish NEJM, BMJ and Lancet would follow suit.
